Limited Warranty

Every part OxChief builds is covered for three years from the day it arrives, with no limit on hours. That covers defects in the parts and in our work, for the original buyer, on a mower we list as supported, installed as shipped.

If a covered part fails, we repair it or replace it and we pay the return shipping inside the US. If we can't fix it, we refund what you paid for that part. That's the remedy under this warranty.

Not covered: crash or impact damage, water ingress, parts that were cut, drilled, rewired or reprogrammed, servos or electronics you sourced yourself, installs on mowers we don't list, and normal wear. The kit is covered. Your mower isn't, and adding a kit may affect your mower's own warranty, so check with your dealer if that matters to you.

To make a claim, email support@oxchief.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send an RMA number and a prepaid label. Please don't ship anything back before you have the RMA.

Safety comes first: keep people and pets clear of a running mower, follow your mower's manual, and keep the machine in sight when you're driving it by radio.

This is a limited warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the same three years, and we're not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states don't allow those limits, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have others that vary by state. Want a copy before you buy?
